Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of Project Manager experience in a software house, interactive agency, or e-commerce.
- Work confidently with Jira and Confluence.
- Use AI in daily work for analysis, preparing materials, and improving processes; verify outputs and take responsibility for them.
- Understand how online stores and web applications are built well enough to communicate with developers.
- Manage client expectations around project scope and budgets, and clearly communicate when changes require additional estimates.
- Be well organized and communicate carefully in writing.
- E-commerce industry knowledge and familiarity with trends, especially AI, are a plus.
- PrestaShop experience is a plus.
- Tempo knowledge is a plus.
- Social media experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage client projects for e-commerce businesses and custom applications from assignment through implementation.
- Lead kickoff, status, and acceptance meetings with clients.
- Gather requirements and translate them into Jira tasks.
- Plan team work and monitor deadlines.
- Track hourly budgets and report progress to clients.
- Prepare estimates and scope descriptions with the technical team.
- Support the CEO with ongoing administrative and marketing tasks.
