Requirements
- Have experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in projects delivered by an external vendor.
- Have hands-on experience planning and coordinating production deployments.
- Be fluent in English; most daily communication and reporting is in English.
- Be able to work with multiple business stakeholders at the same time.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, including under pressure during incidents.
- Knowledge of the logistics, transport, or courier industry is a strong advantage.
- A technical background in areas such as application architecture, servers, queues, certificates, or databases is a plus.
- Have a project- and business-oriented profile.
Responsibilities
- Gather and define business requirements from stakeholders across marketing, sales, logistics operations, billing, accounting, and courier management.
- Translate business needs into requirements for an external development vendor.
- Coordinate the external vendor’s work.
- Plan and manage projects end to end, from business request to solution acceptance.
- Accept delivered solutions together with business stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate production deployments, changes, and updates.
- Run regular vendor meetings, including daily, weekly, and planning meetings, as well as project-specific meetings.
- Coordinate incident handling with the architect, infrastructure team, and database administrators.
- Support application maintenance and development projects.
