Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Have experience creating analytical documentation.
- Have experience developing and implementing changes in IT systems and business processes.
- Know business and systems analysis methods and techniques.
- Be able to analyze data quality and assess its impact on business processes.
- Have experience working in Agile methodologies.
- Be able to organize work independently, set priorities, and work effectively in a changing environment.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking, rapid learning, and comprehensive understanding of business processes.
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills for working with business and technical teams.
- Know English at C1 level for communication in a business and international environment.
- BPMN process modeling and documentation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AML processes and experience in systems analysis are advantages.
