Requirements
- Complete studies in business analysis, project management, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Have 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments.
- Have hands-on experience with Jira or similar backlog tools.
- Have stakeholder management experience in large organizations.
- Have a conceptual understanding of frontend technologies, APIs, and microservices.
- Have experience with large-scale transformation or refactoring initiatives.
- Be fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken.
- Basic familiarity with UX methods such as journey mapping or wireframing is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and UX/UI designers on implementation, providing clear and detailed requirements.
- Manage stakeholders across multiple markets and regulatory environments.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure stories meet Definition of Ready / Done.
- Ensure requirements meet regulatory and data protection standards, such as GDPR, and maintain traceability to implementation.
