Requirements
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Have experience facilitating meetings and coordinating activities involving multiple stakeholders.
- Bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach and focus on continuous improvement.
- Have a basic understanding of cloud environments, preferably AWS, APIs, and system integration concepts.
- Be familiar with development and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Visual Studio Code, Jira, and Confluence.
- Work in a structured and independent manner, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have a good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in technical consulting, application integration, or IT project coordination is a plus.
- Experience in Agile software development environments is a plus.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and common integration patterns is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise IT systems or complex integration landscapes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support external partners and stakeholders throughout system integration, including onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to complete integrations and resolve technical or functional challenges.
- Manage and coordinate minor change requests related to system configurations and integrations.
- Create and maintain clear, accurate, and accessible technical and functional documentation.
- Coordinate and support production deployments, including preparation and execution.
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into interface specifications and integration agreements.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution demonstrations.
