Job Details

At least 4 years of experience in analysis on IT projects.
Experience working with clients to identify needs, gather requirements, and propose solutions.
Experience in business and system analysis.
Ability to model processes using UML and BPMN and create project documentation.
Experience collaborating with development teams.
Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.
Experience working with both Agile and waterfall methodologies.
Ability to assess requirement feasibility and work with technical teams to select solutions.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and using AI in analytical processes.
Good English, at least B2.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder expectation-management skills.

Understand client needs and gather and analyze business and system requirements.
Translate requirements into concrete solutions and lead client discussions and workshops.
Manage communication and expectations with clients and stakeholders.
Assess requirement feasibility with technical teams and identify alternative solutions when needed.
Prepare analyses, model processes, and create and maintain business- and system-level project documentation.
Design and document integration solutions, including APIs, data mapping, and flows between systems.
Collaborate with developers to deliver and refine requirements.
Lead analytical topics independently, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
Use AI to support analytical work, including prompt engineering, vibe-coding, and rapid prototyping for demos.
