Job Details

Bring extensive experience managing large-scale technology development and deployment projects.
Have experience with projects involving multiple markets, global and local delivery teams, complex platforms and external partners.
Demonstrate expertise in integrated planning, milestone and critical-path management, cross-workstream dependencies and RAID management.
Have experience coordinating testing, deployment readiness and delivery recovery planning.
Coordinate complex, multi-stream delivery while preserving the accountability of workstream leads, market teams and functional owners.
Establish or operate delivery governance, including ownership, decision logs, escalation mechanisms, action tracking, reporting cadences and stakeholder forums.
Use Jira and workstream plans to reconcile delivery information into accurate, decision-oriented executive updates.
Translate business needs into technology requirements and align requirements with solution design, scope, testing and deployment outcomes.
Manage stakeholders across organizational levels and communicate complex delivery topics to senior stakeholders.
Work proactively and independently, anticipate issues, and take ownership of delivery.
Constructively challenge assumptions, identify missing activities, hold owners accountable and drive timely resolution of risks and delivery issues.
Maintain strong attention to detail and quality in plans, status reporting, readiness assessments and delivery forecasts.

Establish and maintain an integrated programme plan covering product, business, platform, market-wave, testing, deployment and hypercare activities.
Coordinate multi-stream delivery across IT teams, business stakeholders, product groups, technology platforms and external partners.
Identify and manage cross-project and adjacent-platform dependencies, roadmap conflicts and sequencing constraints.
Define and operate delivery governance, including forums, RACI, decision ownership, escalation routes, decision logs and reporting calendars.
Control scope, milestones, RAID, quality assurance, testing readiness, deployment readiness and hypercare preparation.
Coordinate resource and capacity planning, demand prioritization and delivery sequencing across workstreams and market waves.
Reconcile Jira data, workstream plans, milestone forecasts and RAG statuses into executive-level reporting.
Maintain alignment between business requirements, solution design, delivery scope, testing outcomes and market-readiness criteria.
Coordinate readiness assessments for testing, UAT/UVT and market deployment waves, and escalate readiness gaps.
Track outstanding decisions and escalate unresolved risks, dependencies, resource constraints and scope conflicts.
