Requirements
- Have 3+ years of project management experience in data platform or data warehouse migration programs.
- Bring experience with legacy DWH to cloud lakehouse migrations.
- Manage external vendors, scope, change requests, and project timelines.
- Demonstrate multi-country stakeholder management in complex project environments.
- Work with data to identify discrepancies.
- Engage engineers with relevant questions.
- Fluent Polish and English are required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the migration program, ensuring timely execution for each market.
- Plan and track migrations.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve blockers.
- Own the backlog and provide status reports to stakeholders.
- Serve as the first contact for markets, business owners, and vendors.
- Escalate critical issues to the Program Lead as necessary.
