Requirements
- Have 4 years or more of proven experience in client-facing management roles such as business analysis, IT project management, or IT product ownership.
- Have 2 or more years of experience in QA or development roles.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
- Be fluent in business English.
- Demonstrate the ability to translate business visions into practical technical solutions.
- Have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Have proven experience managing time frames and budgets.
- Have experience managing technical projects in a modern software environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business needs and expectations, and translate them for the solutions delivery team.
- Learn and master the OneReach.ai platform.
- Develop pre-sales demonstrations and maintain client proposals throughout project stages.
- Prioritize, plan, and coordinate project development activities to meet customer requirements.
- Lead day-to-day development activities across multiple projects and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Consolidate product information to produce technical documentation and proposals.
- Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and profitability margins.
