Requirements
- Have a minimum of 7 years of relevant project management experience.
- Bring demonstrable senior project management experience, including planning, risk management, and governance.
- Have strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Have a good understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
- Be fluent in English.
- Technical awareness is beneficial; hands-on development experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate business teams, IT specialists, and external stakeholders to support timely delivery.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and formal change requests.
- Monitor sprint progress and facilitate backlog reviews to support Agile delivery and project objectives.
- Prepare governance materials, status reports, and executive-level summaries.
- Coordinate testing, cutover activities, business readiness assessments, and user adoption actions.
