Requirements
- Have at least 5–7 years of experience managing complex IT projects.
- Have experience leading international or global implementations.
- Have practical knowledge of integration projects and enterprise environments.
- Be able to work with both technical and business teams.
- Have experience managing senior stakeholders.
- Know both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery within a global transformation program.
- Manage the technical roadmap and plan upcoming implementations.
- Coordinate integrations between business platforms and enterprise systems.
- Work with architects, development teams, infrastructure teams, and business partners.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and communications.
- Work with senior stakeholders and support decision-making.
- Coordinate testing, deployments, and subsequent rollout waves.
- Ensure project compliance with compliance and governance requirements.
