Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience managing IT projects.
- Hold a technical or economics degree, or have relevant studies, training or courses in project management, IT management or economics.
- Hold at least one project management methodology certification, such as PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent.
- Have very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint.
- Know project management methodologies and standards.
- Have strong communication and analytical skills.
- Be able to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Independently diagnose and resolve project issues.
- Be able to delegate tasks and monitor their completion.
- Knowledge of the energy sector is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects, including industry-specific solutions and their integration with other systems.
- Lead the project team, delegate tasks and monitor their completion.
- Work with internal clients in the energy sector.
- Oversee project delivery against schedule, budget, scope and quality requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, the document repository, and risk, issue, change and meeting registers.
- Prepare recurring reports, summaries and status presentations.
- Monitor and account for the project budget and team working time.
- Ensure documents circulate according to the communication plan and internal regulations.
