Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or at least 4 years of equivalent practical experience.
- Have at least 2 years of experience working with Agile development and DevOps.
- Have experience with Salesforce.
- Have experience building product visions, strategies, and roadmaps.
- Have proven experience designing, developing, delivering, or leading digital solutions in complex environments.
- Bring strategic planning, analytical, organisational, and decision-making skills.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Be able to measure and communicate the business value of proposals and deliverables.
- Fluent English is required.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, user-centred design, and user analysis is a strong plus.
- Experience managing initiatives against defined metrics and goals is a strong plus.
- Experience adapting product strategies based on research and data is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and objectives throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage and continuously prioritise the product backlog in line with customer needs and business outcomes.
- Create product roadmaps covering user needs, functional capabilities, and non-functional requirements.
- Lead product discovery and delivery using user feedback, metrics, research, and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create user stories and drive Agile delivery.
- Engage technical and non-technical stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and ensure value realisation.
- Monitor product health, delivery progress, business value, and 90-day outcomes.
- Support product availability, stability, compliance, and continuous improvement from concept through decommissioning.
