Requirements
- Have senior experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally on projects delivered with an external vendor.
- Have ServiceNow experience from at least one project and be able to review the vendor’s work; user-level experience is sufficient.
- Have proven experience leading implementations through their full lifecycle, from planning and testing to go-live and stabilization.
- Be fluent in English for daily work with international stakeholders.
- Work independently and proactively, gathering information and delivering without supervision.
- Communicate concisely with senior management.
- Plan and manage your own time within a defined budget.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, the external vendor and the internal IT team.
- Plan and steer the project based on the vendor’s roadmap, keeping work moving without delays.
- Review and accept functionality delivered on the client side.
- Oversee testing, go-live and the transition of the solution into everyday use.
- Control budget, scope, timeline and quality, and measure progress against agreed goals.
- Report progress, risks and escalations clearly to senior management.
- Translate technical information from the vendor into business language.
