  • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise software or data-focused solutions.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience leading distributed, multi-territory enterprise sales teams.
  • Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies and forecasting rigor.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM best practices.
  • Demonstrated success opening new Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Experience building executive-level relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate with ISVs, Systems Integrators, and Hyperscaler partners.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset for both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition and expansion across the Western and Central U.S.
  • Recruit, coach, and inspire a team of Enterprise AEs to exceed targets.
  • Strengthen relationships with ISVs, Systems Integrators, and Hyperscalers to unlock co-sell opportunities.
  • Establish disciplined forecasting, pipeline rigor, and deal execution processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer handoffs and drive retention.
