- 10+ years of experience selling enterprise software or data-focused solutions.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience leading distributed, multi-territory enterprise sales teams.
- Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies and forecasting rigor.
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM best practices.
- Demonstrated success opening new Fortune 1000 accounts.
- Experience building executive-level relationships.
- Ability to collaborate with ISVs, Systems Integrators, and Hyperscaler partners.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset for both strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion across the Western and Central U.S.
- Recruit, coach, and inspire a team of Enterprise AEs to exceed targets.
- Strengthen relationships with ISVs, Systems Integrators, and Hyperscalers to unlock co-sell opportunities.
- Establish disciplined forecasting, pipeline rigor, and deal execution processes.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer handoffs and drive retention.
