Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, clear communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment with little or no oversight.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day configuration, pricing, and quoting via Salesforce CPQ for routine and complex deals.
- Identify and help fix inefficiencies in the quote-to-cash workflow and support automation efforts.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking quote turnaround time, approval rates, and discount trends.
- Provide weekly insights to Sales leadership regarding deal trends and performance.
- Serve as a primary resource for sales representatives on quoting best practices and deal structuring.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams on process improvements and training.
- Flag pricing discrepancies or compliance risks to protect margins.
