Job Details

7+ years of product management experience, including delivery of AI or agentic features.
Strong SaaS background.
Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Experience defining product strategy, KPIs, and data-driven decision frameworks.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Strong customer validation mindset with experience in hypothesis-driven product development.
Insurance or regulated industry experience is a plus.

Define and own the product roadmap for AI-powered and agentic features within assigned product areas.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from hypothesis generation, experimentation, development, and launch.
Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and iterate on AI-driven workflows and intelligent features.
Translate customer needs and market insights into clear problem statements, requirements, and success metrics.
Develop business cases and KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, ROI, and customer impact.
Drive prioritization and backlog management across competing initiatives and stakeholder inputs.
Guide go-to-market strategy and positioning for AI capabilities in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Mentor junior product managers and contribute to improving product management practices across the team.
