Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or digital advertising, ideally within eCommerce or ad tech.
- Foundational understanding of Amazon and Walmart advertising ecosystems.
- Experience with campaign structure, keyword targeting, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical instincts with ability to interpret performance data and translate into actionable recommendations.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Motivated to grow into a fully strategic, customer-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and activation of SBS customers by ensuring seamless integration of Amazon and Walmart accounts.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate customer goals into structured campaign strategies aligned to KPIs.
- Assist in rebuilding and optimizing campaign structures within the platform.
- Act as a key operational and analytical partner by monitoring performance and identifying trends.
- Deliver performance reporting and insights through dashboards and recurring business reviews.
- Support customer-facing conversations by reinforcing strategic recommendations and product adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Product, and Finance.
