Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Support, or Implementation
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and supporting adoption or retention goals
  • Proficiency in learning and utilizing Salesforce, Outreach, and related CRM and engagement tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and coordinating across internal and external teams
  • Experience supporting Corporate, Government, or Academic customers preferred
  • Familiarity with Net Revenue Retention, churn reduction, and upsell/cross-sell motions preferred
  • Background in SaaS or EdTech subscription businesses preferred
  • Comfort with AI tools to solve business problems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption, usage expansion, and retention across assigned accounts
  • Run a structured outreach plan consistently
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and serve as their go-to advisor
  • Manage account onboarding and become proficient in CRM and engagement tools
  • Log engagement activity and maintain a weekly forecast in Salesforce
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities independently
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to resolve issues
  • Advocate for customer needs by bringing feedback internally to drive product improvements
  • Utilize account data to prioritize tasks and make strategic decisions
