Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Support, or Implementation
- Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and supporting adoption or retention goals
- Proficiency in learning and utilizing Salesforce, Outreach, and related CRM and engagement tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and coordinating across internal and external teams
- Experience supporting Corporate, Government, or Academic customers preferred
- Familiarity with Net Revenue Retention, churn reduction, and upsell/cross-sell motions preferred
- Background in SaaS or EdTech subscription businesses preferred
- Comfort with AI tools to solve business problems preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption, usage expansion, and retention across assigned accounts
- Run a structured outreach plan consistently
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and serve as their go-to advisor
- Manage account onboarding and become proficient in CRM and engagement tools
- Log engagement activity and maintain a weekly forecast in Salesforce
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities independently
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to resolve issues
- Advocate for customer needs by bringing feedback internally to drive product improvements
- Utilize account data to prioritize tasks and make strategic decisions
