Experience: 8+ years

Requirements

Doctoral degree in a scientific or medical discipline.
8+ years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Field Medical, or Clinical Development.
Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development processes.
Knowledge and experience within the oncology therapeutic area.
Prior MSL experience in Germany is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information effectively.
Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
Strong networking skills with experience building relationships with KOLs and HCPs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, primarily within Germany.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
Communicate clinical and scientific data to KOLs and healthcare professionals.
Collect, document, and synthesize field medical insights for the Medical Director and internal teams.
Provide scientific support for medical congresses, advisory boards, and other scientific engagements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, clinical development, and marketing teams.
Execute the approved German field medical engagement plan for assigned accounts and stakeholders.
Maintain high-quality documentation of scientific interactions in accordance with compliance requirements.
