Requirements

Doctoral degree in a scientific or medical discipline.
8+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Field Medical, or Clinical Development.
Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development.
Experience in the oncology therapeutic area.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information.
Effective presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Strong networking skills with proven KOL relationship management.
Self-directed with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
Communicate clinical and scientific data through presentations and educational programs.
Collect, synthesize, and report field medical insights to internal teams.
Provide scientific support for medical congresses, advisory boards, and other engagements.
Act as a scientific expert and resource for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, clinical, and marketing teams.
Execute the approved German field medical engagement plan for assigned accounts.
