Experience: 8+ years

Requirements

Doctoral degree in a scientific or medical discipline.
8+ years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Field Medical, or Clinical Development.
Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and drug development processes.
Expertise within the oncology therapeutic area.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to analyze and synthesize scientific information.
Strong networking skills with experience building relationships with KOLs.
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, mainly within Germany.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
Communicate clinical and scientific data to KOLs and healthcare professionals through presentations, educational programs, and scientific discussions.
Collect, document, synthesize, and communicate field medical insights to internal teams.
Provide scientific support for medical congresses, advisory boards, and other engagements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, clinical development, and marketing teams to support medical strategies.
Execute the approved German field medical engagement plan for assigned accounts.
