Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of professional experience in Application Management or a comparable role
- Experience selecting, implementing, and managing standard software solutions
- Experience with software licensing topics
- Strong understanding of business processes and their support by modern business applications
- Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken
- Structured, self-driven working style
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, system integrations, and interface management (advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the business applications within your area of responsibility and advise stakeholders on their usage and further development
- Analyze business requirements and processes and identify suitable software solutions that fit our existing application landscape
- Manage external service providers and software vendors and serve as the interface between internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support the evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of new applications, including contract and licensing topics
- Take ownership of the entire application lifecycle, from selection and implementation to ongoing optimization and enhancement
- Contribute to the development of our application portfolio and support the standardization, harmonization, and integration of our systems landscape
