Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (AP, AR, monthly close, financial reporting/analysis).
- 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
- Ability to work full-time during traditional daytime business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST).
- Experience managing day-to-day relationships with clients.
- Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality.
- Strong aptitude for learning and embracing new technology.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-client environment (highly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
- Execute processes related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and monthly closing.
- Prepare financial reporting and analysis.
- Support client onboarding according to defined processes.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships within established parameters.
- Identify and recommend service or tool improvements to drive client value.
- Participate in recurring video check-in meetings.
- Embrace new technology and implement feedback from management.
