Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, service leadership, or related high-touch client environments.
- At least 5 years of experience as a luxury travel advisor.
- Proven experience in people leadership or team mentorship.
- Strong background in handling escalations and complex client situations.
- Deep understanding of high-touch service expectations in a luxury environment.
- Experience creating structure, training, and process improvements within growing teams.
- Familiarity with travel industry partnerships and host agency models.
- Availability during Eastern Time business hours, including weekend and holiday coverage.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and working with Sabre (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate the member experience across the service team.
- Define, reinforce, and improve service standards and SLAs.
- Resolve complex member issues and manage service escalations.
- Oversee advisor onboarding, training, and career development.
- Partner with operations to implement scalable service workflows.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with luxury travel suppliers.
- Coordinate trade show attendance and FAM trip participation for advisors.
- Own service team KPIs, including retention metrics and productivity goals.
