Requirements

- High proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, specifically spreadsheets.
- Strong organizational habits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain consistency and multitask under pressure.
- Comfortable with computers and willing to participate in training for new software or systems.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Experience in collections, fintech, or financial services is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone.
- Manage daily intake processes, including running new business scrubs and executing strict data validation.
- Handle precise file operations including retrieval, scanning, printing, and importing/exporting data while updating CRM and tracking systems.
- Support front-line collection staff by handling settlement offers, relaying instructions, and logging account notations.
- Prepare routine status updates and audit reports while maintaining adherence to FDCPA and industry regulations.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and basic skip-tracing activities using standard operating procedures.
