Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, or PhD).
- 2+ years of experience in a medical communications agency or similar environment.
- Strong experience developing scientific content across multiple formats such as slide decks, publications, and summaries.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive literature searches and synthesize findings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
- Proficiency with reference management tools such as EndNote.
- Experience participating in or supporting MLR review processes.
- Strong domain knowledge across therapeutic areas, regulatory standards, and key statistical concepts.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret results and identify limitations.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality scientific content to support strategic communication initiatives across various therapeutic areas.
- Create deliverables including slide decks, executive summaries, and meeting materials that are client-ready and scientifically rigorous.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, editorial, and client stakeholders to shape compelling scientific narratives.
- Support the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review process by incorporating feedback and revisions.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with all guidelines throughout content development.
