- Demonstrated ability to build and manage pipelines in niche or competitive markets.
- Ability to provide clear, thoughtful candidate recommendations to recruiters and hiring leaders.
- Comfort and experience joining calls with stakeholders to discuss search strategy and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail for managing trackers and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while working remotely.
- Motorsport expertise or experience in performance or aftermarket automotive industries (preferred).
- Experience sourcing for engineering, technical, or specialized roles (preferred).
- Familiarity with enterprise applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify top talent for Ford Racing roles.
- Conduct initial candidate screens and provide clear, concise assessments of fit, interest, and readiness.
- Advocate for strong candidates by presenting only well-qualified and evaluated talent.
- Participate in recruiter and stakeholder calls to discuss search progress, market feedback, and strategy.
- Surface search challenges early and propose out-of-the-box sourcing approaches.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and documentation in applicant tracking systems.
- Partner with the Senior Recruiter to align priorities and ensure smooth interview handoffs.
