  • Comfort and experience joining calls with stakeholders to discuss search strategy and challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail for managing trackers and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while working remotely.
  • Motorsport expertise or experience in performance or aftermarket automotive industries (preferred).
  • Experience sourcing for engineering, technical, or specialized roles (preferred).
  • Familiarity with enterprise applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify top talent for Ford Racing roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens and provide clear, concise assessments of fit, interest, and readiness.
  • Advocate for strong candidates by presenting only well-qualified and evaluated talent.
  • Participate in recruiter and stakeholder calls to discuss search progress, market feedback, and strategy.
  • Surface search challenges early and propose out-of-the-box sourcing approaches.
  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines and documentation in applicant tracking systems.
  • Partner with the Senior Recruiter to align priorities and ensure smooth interview handoffs.
