Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, product marketing, integrated marketing, or marketing communications roles.
- Proven experience developing messaging frameworks, brand positioning, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives across multiple audiences and channels.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments, partnering with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Executive teams.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect brand storytelling to business and customer outcomes.
- Experience building personas, audience insights, and campaign messaging frameworks using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or technology-driven industries is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior marketing leadership to define and refine enterprise and business unit positioning, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, audience narratives, and persona models grounded in customer, market, and performance insights.
- Translate complex healthcare and business concepts into clear, compelling, and audience-centered messaging for multiple channels.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across campaigns, digital experiences, events, sales enablement, and thought leadership content.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Sales teams to integrate insights into campaign strategy and execution.
- Support event and activation strategy by aligning messaging and themes across conferences, executive engagements, and customer experiences.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by serving as a connector across marketing, product, events, and external partners to ensure cohesive storytelling.
