- Dedicated, quiet workspace free of background noise.
- Space for a provided desktop monitor and equipment.
- Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to work through the end of December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from insurance agents across the country.
- Provide expert-level support on the ACA enrollment process.
- Help agents navigate the platform and troubleshoot issues.
- Answer questions related to insurance applications and referrals.
- Follow support protocols while balancing efficiency and empathy.
- Perform other related support tasks as needed.
