Requirements
- Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
- 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.
- Dedicated workspace that is free of background noise and distractions.
- Reliable home internet with download speed exceeding 128Mbps.
- Ability to work through the end of December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of calls from insurance agents across the country.
- Provide guidance on the ACA enrollment process to help agents navigate the platform.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and answer questions about applications and referrals.
- Follow support protocols to balance efficiency and empathy on every call.
- Support with other related tasks as needed.
