Requirements
- Must be a resident of Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
- 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Ability to thrive in team settings with strong collaboration and multitasking skills.
- Reliable home internet connection with download speeds exceeding 128Mbps.
- Dedicated, noise-free workspace suitable for equipment and information privacy.
- Availability to work through the end of December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls from insurance agents across the country.
- Provide expert-level support regarding the ACA enrollment process and platform navigation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for agents during the application and referral process.
- Maintain high levels of empathy and efficiency while strictly adhering to support protocols.
- Assist with other support-related administrative tasks as requested.
