Requirements
- Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
- 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable home internet connection with download speeds exceeding 128Mbps.
- Dedicated, noise-free workspace suitable for equipment and information privacy.
- Ability to work through December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume call queue from insurance agents nationwide.
- Navigate the ACA enrollment platform to assist agents with client enrollments.
- Troubleshoot platform technical issues for agents.
- Provide answers to agent questions regarding applications and referrals.
- Adhere to support protocols while balancing efficiency and empathy during interactions.
- Complete additional support tasks as required by the team supervisor.
