Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable home internet connection with download speeds exceeding 128Mbps.
  • Dedicated, noise-free workspace suitable for equipment and information privacy.
  • Ability to work through December 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume call queue from insurance agents nationwide.
  • Navigate the ACA enrollment platform to assist agents with client enrollments.
  • Troubleshoot platform technical issues for agents.
  • Provide answers to agent questions regarding applications and referrals.
  • Adhere to support protocols while balancing efficiency and empathy during interactions.
  • Complete additional support tasks as required by the team supervisor.
