- Deep knowledge of video delivery specifications, codecs, and aspect ratios.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, audio mixing, and color correction.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered editing tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Edit premium video content with exceptional pacing, storytelling, and structure.
- Develop project templates, file structures, and naming conventions for high-volume production.
- Provide guidance, creative feedback, and mentorship to fellow editors.
- Ensure assets meet platform specifications, delivery requirements, and client standards.
- Partner with Art Directors, Motion Designers, and Copywriters to transform briefs into video content.
- Leverage AI-assisted editing tools and media management practices to streamline production.
- Establish and champion scalable post-production processes for quality assurance.
