Requirements
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Portfolio showcasing direct-response or performance marketing content (ads, VSLs, testimonials).
- Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted editing tools and automated workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects.
- Experience editing testimonial, interview, or event footage at scale.
- Working knowledge of direct-response ad structures.
- Comfort using structured project management systems like Monday.com.
- Ability to rigorously follow internal file naming conventions and server workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end post-production workflow for all Advisory Practice testimonial footage and workshop captures.
- Turn raw workshop footage into polished testimonial ads, VSLs, and marketing assets at high volume.
- Operate within AI-automated short-form pipelines for rough cuts, transcription, and captioning.
- Edit to direct-response standards including hooks, pacing, and CTAs to drive engagement.
- Maintain FTC-compliant disclaimer standards on all testimonial content.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on creative direction, testing priorities, and feedback loops.
- Hit weekly output targets and maintain project boards for visibility.
