Requirements
- 5+ years of professional motion design experience.
- Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing high-end creative work.
- Advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Exceptional understanding of typography, composition, animation principles, and pacing.
- Experience with UI-driven motion design.
- Experience creating animated HTML5 display advertising and banner systems.
- Experience developing motion templates, design systems, and scalable workflows.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
- Comfort using AI-powered creative tools to improve workflows.
- Ability to mentor and help shape creative processes.
Responsibilities
- Set the creative standard for motion graphics, including typography, layout, compositing, and UI animation.
- Develop reusable After Effects templates, animation guidelines, and HTML5 display standards for efficient production.
- Design and animate UI interactions, product demonstrations, and explainer content for complex enterprise technology.
- Lead the creation of animated HTML5 display ads, banner systems, and ad platform assets.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to motion designers to elevate the team's craft.
- Partner with Art Directors, editors, and copywriters to execute cross-functional creative concepts.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance workflow efficiency while applying strong creative judgment.
