Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in digital, graphic, or motion design.
- 2+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating digital design, motion graphics, and performance-driven work.
- Experience concepting and producing paid digital creative (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Search).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong visual design, typography, layout, and motion design skills.
- Strong presentation design skills in Google Slides and/or PowerPoint.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Experience using AI-powered design tools.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new creative technologies.
Responsibilities
- Concept, design, and produce high-performing static and motion creative for paid digital campaigns.
- Partner with Creative Strategists and Performance Creative Leads to translate strategy into performance-driven assets.
- Develop creative concepts, establish visual direction, and present work to clients.
- Ensure creative consistency, technical accuracy, and adherence to platform specifications.
- Design, version, resize, and optimize creative across multiple digital formats and channels.
- Champion visual identity by maintaining brand guidelines, design systems, and templates.
- Provide creative feedback and quality assurance to internal teams and external partners.
- Improve creative workflows by developing best practices and exploring emerging AI tools.
