Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or production design.
- Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in print and digital design.
- Ability to independently execute production-ready design with minimal oversight.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Proficiency in Figma for layout and template creation.
- Experience with video editing and multimedia content production.
- Interest in or experience with AI-assisted creative workflows.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout design.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Apply visual storytelling principles to support engagement and comprehension.
- Design and adapt assets for digital campaigns including social, email, and web.
- Execute high-quality print assets like flyers, brochures, and signage.
- Edit and produce video and multimedia content for marketing initiatives.
- Create basic motion graphics and leverage AI-assisted tools for content generation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive creative projects.
- Maintain organized files, design systems, and asset libraries.
