Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital, graphic, or motion design.
  • 2+ years of experience in an agency, client-facing, or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, motion graphics, and performance-driven work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience with paid social and digital advertising formats, specifications, and best practices.
  • Expertise in presentation design using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of motion design principles and animation.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems and brand templates.
  • Ability to iterate quickly, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Willingness to adopt AI-powered design tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Experience providing creative direction and QA to external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Concept, design, and produce high-performing static and motion creative for paid digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and Search.
  • Partner with Creative Strategists and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into performance-driven assets.
  • Develop creative concepts, establish visual direction, and guide work through final production.
  • Design, adapt, and resize assets across multiple formats and channels while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Support creative testing initiatives by producing iterative asset variations informed by performance data.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, design systems, and templates to improve scalability.
  • Identify and document best practices to improve creative workflows and team capabilities.
  • Lead larger-scale creative initiatives and full-funnel campaigns.
