Requirements
- 2-4 years of project management or project coordination experience.
- Experience within a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or fast-paced client services environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Airtable (or similar tools).
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and willingness to adopt new technologies.
- Strong communication skills for providing polished updates to internal and client stakeholders.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset for identifying and solving project issues.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project timelines, task tracking, and creative workflows using Asana.
- Own the cadence of project updates and delivery forecasts for clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate creative assignments across the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables are scoped and on schedule.
- Maintain accurate project trackers and identify potential risks early to prevent delivery issues.
- Partner with creatives, strategists, and clients to align on project status, priorities, and deliverables.
- Implement AI-powered workflows and operational improvements to increase team efficiency.
- Remove daily project roadblocks and escalate issues as necessary to maintain momentum.
