  • Extensive experience as an HRBP in professionalized, high-dynamic tech environments.
  • Proven track record of designing and managing performance frameworks within Engineering and Product organizations.
  • Experience in workforce transformation and evolving roles in response to technological shifts like AI.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver results in fast-moving environments.
  • Proficiency in navigating cross-location and cross-functional matrix structures.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to influence and challenge at the Director and VP level.
  • Background in management or HR consulting is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own the evolution of performance management frameworks and set high standards for accountability.
  • Guide the business through AI integration by redefining roles and workflows to maintain workforce relevance.
  • Lead high-stakes organizational projects such as structural realignments and the implementation of new professional standards.
  • Drive alignment within a cross-location, cross-functional matrix between Hamburg and Warsaw hubs.
  • Use people analytics to identify trends, optimize performance cycles, and support senior leadership in talent decisions.
