Requirements

  • 12+ years' experience in enterprise technology delivery, business systems, CRM, revenue operations, PSA, or Salesforce platform leadership.
  • 10+ years' experience owning Salesforce-centered strategy, roadmap alignment, and delivery governance.
  • 8+ years' experience leading high-performing teams including developers, architects, and business analysts.
  • 8+ years' experience with Quote-to-Cash, PSA platforms, middleware, integrations, and enterprise data flows.
  • Deep technical fluency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, Certinia PSA, Data Cloud, Flow, Apex, and LWC.
  • Experience governing platforms like ZoomInfo and Outreach.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled automation, Agentforce, Einstein, and responsible AI governance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional executive communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Sales & Service technology operating model, platform strategy, roadmap alignment, and governance framework.
  • Drive business process transformation across sales operations, quote-to-cash, and professional services delivery.
  • Facilitate executive, architectural, and technical conversations to ensure alignment between business outcomes and technical delivery.
  • Manage complex Sales & Service technology projects in partnership with project management to drive milestones and accountability.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership for Salesforce ecosystem tools including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Certinia PSA.
  • Oversee Salesforce DevOps, release management, and production readiness practices.
  • Lead technology innovation and AI enablement, including Agentforce and Einstein, while ensuring governance and data quality.
  • Develop the internal technology team and manage external vendors, managed service providers, and implementation partners.
