Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar sales role
- Experience ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Proven track record of prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, commercially driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving results
- Comfortable working towards targets and performance metrics
- Well-organized with strong CRM discipline
- Experience working with Salesforce is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities across our existing customer base and qualified prospects
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels
- Qualify customer needs and schedule meetings for Account Managers
- Create personalized customer outreach
- Maintain accurate records and activities in Salesforce
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to drive pipeline growth
- Leverage modern sales and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency
