Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing.
- Direct experience within the eCommerce/DTC space.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of the Shopify ecosystem.
- Strong direct-response copywriting skills for multiple brand voices.
- Deep understanding of retention KPIs including CTR, AOV, and list health.
- Ability to present data-driven strategies to stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with AI-enabled workflows.
- Proactive approach to managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage comprehensive monthly email and SMS campaign calendars.
- Write high-converting, brand-aligned copy for campaigns and complex lifecycle flows.
- Audit and enhance automated systems to improve segmentation and customer journey mapping.
- Review account data to identify trends and translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Lead strategy calls and present data-driven recommendations to clients.
- Partner with designers and account managers to ensure precise execution of strategic plans.
- Leverage AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
