Requirements
- 12+ years of related work experience in sales operations or similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in overlay sales operations and managing cross-functional sales processes.
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance workflows.
- Strong background in customer service orientation, analytics, and problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Operates with high-accountability and focus on execution speed and quality.
- MBA is preferred.
- Software/SaaS industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver leading sales metrics, KPIs, and analytics to stakeholders.
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadences for AMS with the AMS Sales Leader.
- Drive monthly pipeline reviews to ensure progression and address coverage or conversion challenges.
- Lead operational planning including quota assignment, account segmentation, territory creation, and headcount planning.
- Provide operational expertise in overlay sales models to drive cross-functional efficiency.
