Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical/strategic sales support roles
- Strong background in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis
- Experience with territory design, quota setting, or coverage modeling
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and reporting tools such as Looker or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex sales data into clear insights and recommendations
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Systems teams
- Ability to build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and operational cadences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence Sales leadership and stakeholders
- Strong business judgment, attention to detail, and comfort operating in fast-paced environments
- Experience with forecasting tools or pipeline intelligence platforms such as Gong
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership to establish and maintain forecasting discipline, pipeline inspection cadences, and revenue operating rhythms
- Analyze pipeline health, deal progression, win rates, and sales velocity to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends
- Design and maintain territory, quota, and coverage models that align with business growth objectives
- Improve CRM data integrity, stage definitions, and pipeline hygiene standards to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
- Collaborate with Finance, Enablement, SDR, and Business Systems teams to align on reporting, processes, and sales execution frameworks
- Develop actionable insights on funnel performance, deal quality, and rep or segment-level performance
- Identify operational bottlenecks impacting seller productivity and recommend scalable process improvements
- Build trusted dashboards, reporting structures, and inspection tools used by Sales leadership for decision-making
- Translate field insights into recommendations for Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams
