Requirements
- Possess a Windows-based laptop/desktop computer.
- Must have functional video-calling capabilities on the required hardware.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound survey calls to members scheduled for in-home health risk assessments.
- Ensure members understand the call purpose and provide honest feedback.
- Ask structured questions regarding member satisfaction with scheduling, communication, and the assessment process.
- Probe for additional comments or suggestions for experience enhancement.
- Record responses, insights, and feedback accurately into the database or survey platform.
- Identify and flag negative feedback, urgent issues, or requests for follow-up to the appropriate departments.
