Requirements
- 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
- Outgoing personality with an ability to utilize sales approaches.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM (60 WPM preferred).
- Exceptional active listening and customer diplomacy skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Must possess a Windows-based laptop/desktop with video-calling capabilities.
- Flexibility with schedule between 6 am EST - 6 pm PST, Monday through Friday, including potential Saturday hours.
Responsibilities
- Answer and make calls to members to book appointments for health assessments.
- Address customer needs, complaints, and service issues effectively.
- Respond efficiently to callers, providing solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools to manage customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed call center metrics while providing consistent customer service.
- Make recommendations for products or services that suit client needs.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Attend video meetings as required and adhere to company policies.
