Requirements
- 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
- Windows 11 Pro laptop or desktop with video-calling capabilities.
- High-speed and stable internet connection.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM (60 WPM preferred).
- Strong oral and written communication skills with correct spelling.
- Excellent active listening and empathy skills.
- Ability to adapt to schedule flexibility (Monday-Friday, 6 am-6 pm PST, possible Saturdays).
- Customer service or directly related experience is a plus.
- Outbound sales process experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answer and make outbound calls to members to schedule in-home health assessments.
- Address customer needs, inquiries, complaints, and service issues.
- Explain solutions and rebuttals to ensure caller support and satisfaction.
- Engage in active listening to clarify information and de-escalate difficult interactions.
- Utilize internal software, databases, and scripts to manage member data.
- Strive to meet or exceed established call center performance metrics.
- Participate in training and attend video meetings as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and assigned ad-hoc tasks.
