Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment
  • Outgoing personality and sales approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM (60 WPM preferred)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Windows 11 Pro laptop or desktop with video-calling capabilities
  • High-speed and stable internet connection
  • Ability to be flexible with schedule including potential Saturdays

Responsibilities

  • Answer and make calls to members to book no-cost In-home Health Assessments
  • Address customer needs, complaints, or service issues
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers using solutions/rebuttals
  • Engage in active listening and clarify information
  • Build relationships with customers and team members
  • Utilize software, databases, and scripts appropriately
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics
  • Participate in training and learning opportunities
  • Attend meetings on camera as needed
